Mount Kilimanjaro

Trek to the roof of Afrca, 5,895 meters above the sea level, Mount Kilimanjaro is the highest mountain in Africa and the highest free standing mountain in the world.

It composed of  three distinct volcanic cones, Kibo, Mawezi and Shira. Uhuru Peak is the highest summit on Kibo’s crater rim, before this ultimate point is the Gilmans point, only 300meters away from Uhuru Peak

There are six official trekking routes by which to climb mount Kilimanjaro:-

Hikking take 5-6 days. The route known has Coca Cola route.
We will begin our trek from the Mangu gate, Mandara hut, Horombo hut, Kibo hut and back to Marangu gate.

Hikking take 6-7 days. We will begin our trek from the west, circle Kibo from the Southern side and descend on the Mweka route – South East.

  • It has steeper trail and many ups and downs crossing a succession of valleys and ridges.
  • It has good acclimatisation, high summit with extra ordinary views
  • Hikkers sleep in tents carried up by porters

Hikking take 6-7 days. We will begin our trek from the north east of mountain along the boader between Tanzania and Kenya and and descend along Marangu route.

  • The route ascents Kilimanjaro from north eastern side along the border between Tanzania and Kenya.
  • It retains a sense of unspoit wilderness

Hikking take 6-7 days. We will ascend by vehicle to Shira hut(4000M), ascend Uhuru peak via the Barafu hut or Western Breach

  • Most scenic and most fascinating areas in Kilimanjaro
  • Spectacular with magnificent views of Mount Meru and the great rift valley.
  • It is only route offers hikkers who already acclimatized to 4,000M by hikking either Mount Meru or Mt Kenya a few days before attempting Mount Kilimanjaro.

Hikking take 7-9 days. We will begin our trek at Lemosho route and and descend along Mweka route.

  • It is the most difficult route due to its steep up to the summit.
  • Most beautful route because it begins in the rainforest, crosses the spectacular Shira Plateau.
  • Best for experienced trekkers with ability to trek over steep and difficult terrain for long time
  • Wildlife can be spotted in this route
